   Customers with eligible orders of $10,000 or more must proactively contact Customer Service to claim the offer. Failure to do so will be deemed as an automatic forfeiture of the reward.

   Customers must fulfill all specified redemption conditions to receive the complimentary gift box.

   The spending threshold ($10,000) is based on the "net paid amount after discount" of a single order. Rewards are cumulative (e.g., receive 1 box for a net spend of $10,000, 2 boxes for $20,000, and so forth).

   If a customer requests a return or refund after claiming the mooncake gift box, causing the final order value to fall below the required spending threshold, the customer will be required to pay for the original value of the gift box ($268).

   The mooncake gift box will be shipped via SF Express with the "shipping fee paid on delivery". We are not responsible for resending the item or bearing any additional costs if the package is returned due to rejection or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

   The mooncake gift boxes are available in limited quantities, while stocks last. If the gifts are fully redeemed, the promotion will end early without prior notice.
