Refund or Order Modification Agreement:For cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of order confirmation, we will charge 10% of the product value or order value (depending on the affected items) as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is requested after 72 hours or the product has already been shipped, the cancellation fee will depend on processing costs:such as administrative fees, logistics fees, warehousing fees, etc..
The Refund or Order Modification Agreementdoes not apply to products with custom sizes or styles. Custom orders will be sent to the factory immediately after confirmation, and cancellations are generally not approved. If a cancellation is requested, we will charge for actual manufacturing or customization losses. Once the order is confirmed, manufacturing requirements will be sent to the factory immediately and cannot be revoked.

Special Return/Exchange Conditions
If customers find any pre-existing defects or damages in the received goods, they may contact the customer service department within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement of the same item. The item to be returned/exchanged must be kept with its original packaging and a valid invoice for the process to proceed.
Non-Cancellable or Non-Modifiable Orders
Mattresses/Bedding:
1) Mattresses and bed frames sold by our companyare manually measured, and a tolerance of approximately±2cm is considered reasonable and not classified as an error. Additionally, the indicated thickness is measured from the base to the highest point of the fabric layer, not from the base to the edge band. Size discrepancies due to the above reasons will not qualify for replacement.
2) Newly manufactured mattresses, pillows, and other foam products may have a distinct odor upon unpacking, which will naturally dissipate over time. Please use them with confidence, as merchants will not accept exchanges or returns for this reason.
3) Size Modifications: If any changes are requested after the order is placed, the merchant reserves the final decision-making authority.
4) If the customer fails to pick up or receive the goods within 120 days after receiving the pickup notice or within 240 days from the invoice date (whichever is earlier), the merchant reserves the right to forfeit the paid amount and dispose of the goods at their discretion.
5) Compressed mattresses: Recovery time may be affected by storage duration, with full restoration to normal Size taking up to one week.
6) Damage or deformation caused by improper use.
7) Personal preferences for firmness/softness and size discrepancies due to customer negligence.
8) Failure to provide the original valid sales invoice issued by our company or authorized dealers.
9) Clearance sale items/display items/custom-made mattresses.
10) Used mattresses/bedding products.
11) Free gifts.
Furniture:
1) Clearance sale items/display items/custom-made products.
2) Damage caused by improper use.
3) Solid wood furniture is made from natural timber; wood grain variations, knots, color differences, etc., are not covered under warranty.
4) Our solid wood furniture follows export designs with dual-pin sockets (some electrified models). Direct use is not recommended. For electrified functions, please prepare adapters and refer to safety guidelines. The company assumes no liability for related issues.
The company reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
