Refund or Order Change Agreement: For cancellations or modifications within 72 hours of order confirmation, a cancellation fee of 10% of the item value or order value (depending on the affected item) plus related administrative fees will be charged. If the cancellation is requested after 72 hours or the product has already been shipped, the cancellation fee will depend on the processing costs: such as administrative fees, logistics fees, storage fees, etc.
The refund or order change agreement does not apply to products of custom sizes or styles. Custom orders are sent to the factory immediately after confirmation and therefore cancellations are generally not approved. If canceled, we will charge for actual manufacturing or customization losses. Once the order is confirmed, we will immediately send the manufacturing requirements to the factory, and they are irrevocable.

Special Return/Exchange Conditions
If a customer finds any existing defects or damage in the received goods, they may contact customer service within 7 days from the delivery date to arrange for an exchange of the same item. The item to be exchanged must be accompanied by its complete packaging and a valid invoice for the exchange to proceed.
Display Item Purchase Notice
Under normal circumstances, all display items are not eligible for return or exchange once they have left the store or been delivered to the customer. For special requests, please confirm before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting display items at the time of purchase, including any existing wear and tear or defects. If any issues are found, please inform the sales assistant immediately to ensure satisfaction.
If delivery service is selected, customers must check the integrity of the package upon receipt. Our company will do its best to ensure safe delivery, but we will not be held responsible for damage caused by logistics or force majeure (such as natural disasters).
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled or Changed
Mattresses/Bedding:
1) Mattresses and bed frames sold by our company are measured manually, and a reasonable error of ±2cm is within acceptable limits and not considered an error. Furthermore, the indicated thickness is calculated from the bottom to the highest point of the fabric layer, not from the bottom to the edge band. No exchanges will be made for size discrepancies based on these situations.
2) Newly manufactured mattresses, pillows, and other foam products may have a particular odor after being unpacked. This odor will naturally dissipate after some time, so please use them with confidence. The merchant will not provide exchanges or refunds for this reason.
3) Size Changes: The merchant reserves the right to make the final decision on any changes after an order has been placed.
4) If a customer fails to collect or receive the goods within 120 days of receiving the collection notice or within 240 days of the invoice date (whichever is earlier), the merchant has the right to forfeit the paid amount and dispose of the goods as they see fit.
5) Compressed Mattresses: The recovery time may be affected by storage duration; it will return to its normal size within a maximum of one week.
6) Bending and damage caused by improper use.
7) Personal preference for firmness/softness and size errors due to customer negligence.
8) Failure to provide a valid original sales invoice issued by our company or its authorized dealer.
9) Discontinued items/display items/custom-made mattresses.
10) Used mattresses/bedding.
11) Free gifts.
Furniture:
1) Discontinued items/display items/custom-made products.
2) Damage caused by improper use.
3) Solid wood furniture is made from natural raw wood, and issues such as wood grain, grooves, and color variations are not covered by the conditions.
4) Our solid wood furniture is designed for export and uses dual-hole sockets (some models have electrical functions). Direct use is not recommended. If you need to use electrical functions, please prepare a converter and refer to safety guidelines. Our company will not be responsible for this; we appreciate your understanding.
