Refund Terms

Refund or change order agreement:If you cancel or modify your order within 72 hours of order confirmation, we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the product value or order value (depending on the affected product). If the cancellation is made after 72 hours or the product has been shipped, the cancellation fee will be based on the processing fee:Such as administrative fees, logistics fees, warehousing fees, etc..

Refund or change order agreementNot available for special custom sizes or styles. Custom orders are sent to the factory immediately after confirmation, so cancellations are generally not granted. If cancelled, we will charge the actual manufacturing or customization loss. Once the order is confirmed, we will send the manufacturing request to the factory immediately and it is irrevocable.

Special Return/Exchange Conditions

If the customer finds any existing defects or damages in the goods received, they can contact the customer service department within 7 days from the date of delivery to arrange for the same product to be replaced. The return or exchange can only be made with the complete packaging and valid invoice of the goods to be returned.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed

Mattress/Bedding:

1) Mattresses and bed frames sold by our companyMeasured by hand, existenceThe error of about ±2cm is within a reasonable range and is not considered an error within this range. In addition, the indicated thickness is calculated from the bottom to the highest point of the fabric layer, not from the bottom to the sideband. The size error will not be changed due to the above situation.

2) Mattresses, pillows and other sponge products may have some special smells when they are newly made and unpacked, but the smell will naturally dissipate after a period of time. Please feel free to use them. The merchant will not make exchanges or returns for this reason.

3) Size Change: The merchant reserves the right to make the final decision on any changes after the order is placed.

4) If the customer fails to pick up or receive the goods within 120 days of receiving the pick-up notice or 240 days from the invoice date (whichever is earlier), the merchant has the right to confiscate the payment and dispose of the goods at its own discretion.

5) Compressed mattress: The recovery time will be affected by the storage time, and it will take up to one week to return to normal size

8) Failure to provide the original valid sales invoice issued by the company or its authorized dealers

3) Solid wood furniture is made of natural logs, and wood grain, pit pattern, color difference and other issues are not included in the conditions.

4) Our solid wood furniture is an export style and uses a two-hole socket (some styles with power function). It is not recommended to use it directly: If you need to use the power function, please prepare a converter and refer to the safety instructions. Our company will not be responsible for this. Please forgive me.

In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
