Free Shipping Policy

All mattresses qualify for free delivery (excluding remote areas and stair carry). For furniture orders of HK$6,000 or above, free delivery and installation are included. Orders below HK$6,000 are subject to a HK$300 delivery surcharge.

Free delivery does not cover any parking charges incurred due to installation time exceeding the complimentary parking period provided by the building. Customers are responsible for coordinating with the building management or paying any resulting overstay parking fees.

Return-to-Warehouse Fee

Once goods arrive at our warehouse, our after-sales team will contact customers via phone or WhatsApp to schedule a delivery date. If the customer cannot be reached or is unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, the goods will be returned to the warehouse and a return-to-warehouse procedure will be initiated. A new delivery date will be arranged, and an additional charge equal to the original delivery fee will apply. For any enquiries regarding our return-to-warehouse policy, please contact our customer service team.

Old Mattress Disposal

If you require disposal of an old mattress, Morihome delivery staff will charge HK$200–$400 per mattress (HK$200 for 4ft or below) as a disposal service fee. The mattress will be collected and disposed of at a designated waste collection point.

Remote Area Surcharge

For deliveries to remote areas (Mid-Levels, The Peak, Stanley, Tai Tam, Shek O, Jardine's Lookout, Repulse Bay, South Bay, Deep Water Bay, all rural areas, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, Clear Water Bay Peninsula, Outlying Islands, Tai Mo Shan, Kowloon Peak, Kwun Yam Shan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung), a remote area surcharge of HK$300 will be applied.

Stair Carry Surcharge

If the final delivery destination is not directly accessible by lift, Morihome delivery staff will charge HK$100–$250 per item per floor (every 6 steps counts as one floor).

*For deliveries to floors 5 and above, an additional 50% surcharge applies per floor from the 5th floor onwards.

 

Village Access Fee (Village Houses Only):

First 50m free; HK$50 per additional 50m thereafter

Adverse Weather Logistics Arrangement

In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, scheduled deliveries on that day may be delayed or cancelled. Morihome's customer service team will contact affected customers to make alternative arrangements.

Storage Period for Goods

If a customer fails to collect or receive their goods within 120 days of the collection notification, or within 240 days from the invoice date (whichever is earlier), Morihome reserves the right to dispose of the goods and retain the related payment.

Storage Fee

If a customer fails to collect or receive their goods within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, a storage fee will be charged based on the volume of the goods at a rate of HK$10 per CBM per day. Morihome reserves the right to dispose of the goods and retain the related payment.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Upon receipt of your order, Morihome's customer service team will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Morihome will make every reasonable effort to deliver goods to the address specified in your order. However, the company shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Logistics Restrictions

Customers must ensure that ordered items can fit within the building's dimensions and environmental constraints (e.g. lift size). If goods cannot be delivered into the premises due to such limitations, the company shall not be held responsible, and additional charges may apply.

Other Notes

All furniture does not include wall-mounting services. Please contact our customer service team for a quote if this service is required. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their belongings — including furniture, flooring, walls, and décor — during delivery and installation. The company shall not be held liable for any damage incurred during this process.
