Free Shipping Policy
Free delivery for all mattresses to non-remote areas without stair-carrying service. Furniture orders over HKD$5,000 enjoy free delivery and installation, while orders below $5,000 will incur a $300 delivery fee.
This free shipping policy excludes parking fees resulting from exceeding the free parking time limit during installation at residential estates. Customers shall coordinate with estate management or cover any overtime parking charges incurred .
Return-to-Warehouse Policy
After goods arrive at the warehouse, our after-sales team will schedule delivery via phone/Whatsapp per customer's request. If items need returning to the warehouse due to uncontactable customers or missed appointments upon dispatch day, a return process will be initiated. We will reschedule delivery with an additional fee equal to the original logistics cost. For inquiries about return policies, contact our customer service.
Old Mattress Disposal
For old mattress disposal service, "Morihome " staff will charge HKD$200-$400 per mattress ($200 for 4ft or smaller). Our team will collect specified mattresses and dispose them at designated waste stations.
Remote Areas
For deliveries to remote areas (Mid-Levels, The Peak, Stanley, Tai Tam, Shek O, Jardine's Lookout, Repulse Bay, South Bay, Deep Water Bay, all rural areas, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, Clear Water Bay Peninsula, outlying islands, Tai Mo Shan, Fei Ngo Shan, Kwun Yam Shan, Discovery Bay , Tung Chung ), "Morihome " will apply a HKD$300 remote area surcharge.
Staircase Fee
If the delivery destination lacks elevator access, " Morihome" staff will charge HKD$100-$400 per item per floor (calculated per 6 steps as one floor) as staircase surcharge.
The prices per floor are as follows:

*If the customer's floor is above the 5th floor, an additional 50% surcharge will be applied for each floor starting from the 5th floor.
Village access fee (applicable only to village houses):
First 50 meters free, then $50 for every subsequent 50 meters.
Special weather logistics arrangements:
If a No. 8 typhoon signal or above or a black rainstorm warning is in effect, scheduled delivery services for that day may be delayed or canceled. The "Morihome" customer service team will contact customers to make alternative arrangements.
Goods Storage Period
If the customer fails to pick up or receive the relevant goods within 120 days from the receipt of the pickup notice or 240 days from the invoice date (whichever is earlier), " Morihome " reserves the right to dispose of the goods and related funds at its discretion.
Storage Fees
If the customer fails to pick up or receive the relevant goods within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, storage fees will be incurred. These fees will be calculated based on the volume of the goods, at a rate of $10/CBM per day . " Morihome" reserves the right to dispose of the goods and related funds at its discretion.
How long does it take to receive the goods after placing an order?
After receiving the order, the " Morihome " customer service department will contact the customer to coordinate the delivery time. " Morihome " will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods to the address specified in the order. However, the company shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure.
Logistics Restrictions Notice
Customers must ensure that the ordered goods comply with the Size or other environmental restrictions of the building (e.g., elevator space). The company will not be responsible if the goods cannot be delivered due to such factors and may incur additional charges.
Other Important Notes
During the receipt and installation of goods, customers must carefully safeguard and protect their property, including furniture, flooring, walls, and decorations. The company will not be liable for any damages incurred.
