Mori Home currently has two stores, one in Mong Kok and the other in Kwun Tong, each displaying different styles. Information for each store is below;

Regarding "delivery time"
On our product description page, you can find information about "delivery time". Our delivery time status is divided into three categories: "green" , "yellow" and "red" .
"Green" indicates that there is sufficient stock and there is no need to wait for re-production. The goods can be delivered to your door soon, with an estimated delivery time of two to three weeks after order confirmation.
"Yellow" indicates that stock may be tight, but there is a chance to secure some in stock. If you are interested in this style, please contact our customer service team and we will check the latest stock status for you.
"Red" means there is currently no stock, and you will have to wait for the production of a new batch. The production period is generally about two weeks, and including the logistics time, it is estimated that the goods will take four weeks or more to arrive.
Regarding delivery arrangements
If you choose our logistics delivery service, our logistics department will contact you as soon as we are aware of the shipment progress. If your delivery location has special circumstances, we reserve the right to charge additional fees such as stairwell fees/entry fees. Please refer to our logistics terms and conditions for details of these fees.
Regarding old mattresses
If you have old mattresses that need to be disposed of, Mori Home delivery personnel will charge a disposal service fee of HK$200 to HK$400 per mattress (HK$200 for mattresses 4 feet or smaller). Mori Home delivery personnel will collect the designated mattresses and dispose of them at the waste station.
Regarding old furniture
If you have old furniture that needs to be disposed of, please take a picture of the furniture and send it to our Whatsapp 23386262. Our customer service staff will estimate the disposal cost for you. After both parties confirm, Mori Home's delivery personnel will take the designated furniture to a place that accepts large waste for disposal on the delivery day.
Mattress maintenance and after-sales service
Regardless of brand, all mattresses sold in our store come with a 10-year structural warranty. For further details regarding the warranty, please contact our customer service department via Whatsapp 23386262 .
Furniture maintenance and after-sales service
When you purchase furniture from our store, please carefully check the goods for any damage during transportation upon confirmation of receipt. If any damage is found, we will arrange for repair personnel to repair or replace the entire item.
Upon receiving the goods, we recommend that you conduct a thorough and careful inspection. If you find any damage, please report it to our customer service department and request a replacement.
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have left our store. In case of special circumstances, please contact our customer service department via Whatsapp 23386262 .
