How to use Fossflakes - Orthopedic Pillow
If you sleep on your side, the pillow must fill the gap between your head and the mattress. Otherwise, your head may tilt upward or downward, straining the neck muscles and increasing pressure on the neck. The orthopedic pillow has an appropriate amount of filling in the high side position, so you don’t need to push the filling together when lying on your side. When sleeping on your side, the shoulder is usually obstructed, and the curved, rounded design of the pillow’s lower edge provides comfortable space for your back. You may feel less filling under the back of your head, with a slight backward tilt. This allows your neck to extend slightly where the pillow rises, naturally curving forward for the necessary support and alignment, helping you relax properly during sleep.
